    "Young-goon is admitted to a mental institution. Believing herself to be a cyborg, she refuses to eat and instead charges herself with a transistor radio. At the institution, she sees a young man playing ping pong wearing a mask. He is Il-soon, an off-beat character who has the ability to steal personal and intangible things from people, like habits and characteristics. Young-goon finds all this charming and they become fast friends. Young-goon faints because she refuses to eat, and even become delusional. Il-soon is racked with worry and is determined to get her eating again."

    if the website's anything to go by, i like the feel of the film already. this may be the quirky rom-com that i've been waiting for since.. man i can't remember.

    and no i'm not a rain fan.

    i fear that i am disinclined to catch any movie of this sort.

    the only rom-com i like is punch-drunk love by paul thomas anderson. and it wasn't a real rom-com.

    I thought the girl quite chio though. I suspect ppl will watch it for Rain. This kind of love comedy seems very popular with Korean film audiences. This and the massively epic science fiction story and the massively epic North South border movies.
